Responsibilities included: Trade Show Signage, 50x50 SCCM Booth, Exhibitor Lounge, Sponsored Coffee breaks
Critical Care Congress
Society of Critical Care Medicine Annual Meeting attracting 6,000 medical attendees, Responsible for meeting logistics from 2009 through 2018.
Educational Conferences
Responsible for annual Board Review Course attracting up to 600 medical attendees. Also worked on a variety of educational conferences in the Chicagoland area and across the country.

Receptions
Oversaw logistics for annual Welcome Receptions including food and beverage, entertainment, signage, and transportation to and from off-site venues, security, etc. Venues included: USS Midway in San Diego, Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, Numerous Hotel Ballrooms across the country, and everything in between.
VIP Events
Oversaw logistics for annual Convocation, Board of Regents, Council Dinners, Outings, and other special events - Event picture taken at Royal Hawaiian Resort - Waikiki, HI
Hands On Workshops
Worked with program managers to provide hands-on workshops at colleges, simulation centers, and hotel ballrooms.
